Pike Push-Up

- Shoulders
- Triceps
- Upper Back
Equipment: Bodyweight
How to do it
Start in a push-up position, then walk your feet toward your hands until your hips are high and your body makes an upside-down V.
Your head should be pointing at the floor between your hands. The steeper the angle, the harder it gets.
Bend your elbows and lower the top of your head toward the floor just in front of your hands.
Press back up until your arms are straight. Keep your hips high the whole time. If they drop you are doing a push-up instead.
